Energy and Power Generation Position Sensors

ASG specializes in linear position sensors and electronics for steam control valves with its S2A LVDT signal conditioner, PG and LA LVDTs, and GE/Westinghouse LVDT/LVRT designs. The PG and LA (single, dual and tri-redundant) series LVDTs are replacements for GE and Westinghouse steam turbine LVDTs and half-bridge sensors but with added features such as an encapsulated core, double shaft seals, and terminal connections for larger wire sizes. The S2A LVDT signal conditioner can be used with LVDTs, half bridge sensors, and GE gas turbine LVDTs. ASG also offers GE gas turbine LVDTs (pt# 311A5178), GE steam turbine LVRTs (pt#s 119C9638, 119C9639, and 196C8768) and Westinghouse LVDTs (pt# 738J204).
